Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Applifyer Calendar

Applifyer Calendar is a calendar connection and synchronization service. You may authorize the Service to access calendars from Google, Microsoft, CalDAV, and other supported providers. You remain responsible for the calendars and events You connect and for ensuring that You have permission to synchronize them.

Calendar synchronization depends on third-party provider availability, permissions, rate limits, and data formats. You should retain authoritative copies with Your calendar providers and review synchronization settings before enabling event writes.

You may disconnect a provider at any time. Provider access may also be revoked directly through that provider. Our collection and use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions.

User Representations

Contribution License

You and the Service agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that You provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and Your choices (including settings).

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Service, You agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to You.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
